What we collect
When you send a project request: your name, phone, email (optional), the services you need, budget and project details. When you create an account: your name, email and phone. Passwords are stored hashed and we can't read them.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, talk to you about your project, and show your request status and saved work in your account. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only the BRAA Studio team. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We use technical providers to host the site and database; they store it on our behalf only.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. Edit your details in My account, or message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we're in touch or working together, then delete it on request. Your account stays until you ask us to delete it.
